I got an email from my sister last night. It seems that saran wrap and aluminum foil have tabs on the end of the box to be pushed in that keep the stuff from jumping out of the box. Did YOU know that? I certainly did not and I rushed right over to check it out and there it was, big as life. Who knew? Having thus enlightened myself and shared that pearl of wisdom with Wanda via Instant Messenger, I retired for the night.
I rolled out at 8:30 this morning. I putzed around on the computer for most of the morning and then went back to see if I could embroider a Fancy Image Yarn logo on the tank top I bought last night. That wasn’t happening so I stitched out an “I’d rather be knitting” towel. For some unknown reason I can’t get it uploaded so will have to show it another time.
Once finished with that I ran out of steam. I came out and sat in Clint’s recliner and worked on the hoodie. I decided not to knit a hood so I bound off the neckline and found a button to sew on it. There were three dirty spots on it so I spritzed them and they seem to be ok now.
I got back on the computer and finished mapping out our Yarn Crawl route for Saturday. I didn’t want to take a chance of being too tired to do it tomorrow night since we’ll have way more driving time tomorrow than on Saturday in a much shorter period of time. We may wind up doing four shops tomorrow and six on Saturday.
I gave thought to installing my new QuickBooks tonight and, of course, I can’t find it. It sat here on this table top for days when I didn’t want it and now that I do it is nowhere to be found. I’m taking a deep breath and trying not to panic. It’s easy to get nervous after all the “cleaning” I did the other day. I have until May 31 to get it installed so I’ll try not to panic just yet.
I also wanted to start a new Babies & Bears Sweater and couldn’t find that book. I’m doing great. So I’ll just settle down for tonight. I’ll watch a movie and finish the hat I’m working on. Tomorrow is another day….
