Alaine: oh...and as for Clint's age. You really did have him for 31 years if you count your pregnancy :)
Alaine: I don't think you need to let go. Moving on with life is much more important than letting go and I think you are doing just fine. I still cry for my best friend that I lost 15 years ago. It wouldn't be human to "let go". And you know you will see Clint again. And I think in Heaven Clint is not feeling time as we do so he isn't sad at all. You have the rest of Eternity to be with your baby boy. ((((carol))))
jan: Carol, you don't have to let go. You are still going through the grieving process. I lost my sister two years ago and can still sit down and bawl because I still miss her so much . It doesn't hurt as bad now, but like you the memories of things she did, mannerisms and her favorite things still bring the heavy feeling of loss to my heart. With time we will experience less pain and more joy in the memories.

This, That and the Other Day

     I had great plans for working on my jacket blocks today but that wasn’t to be.  I spent the morning working on this, that and the other.  We had to get the list of stolen items written up and mailed off so I worked on that among other things.  It was 12:30 or after before I got back to the factory.  I took one look and realized that all my knitting stuff for the two baby sweaters was strewn all over the sewing table so I decided I best finish up the sweaters so I could rearrange things for sewing.  As long as I was knitting, I knit a couple of hats.
     We talked to the fellow from the alarm systems company today and he’ll be out tomorrow to install our alarm system.  Hopefully that will give us more security.  It will also be hooked up so that it calls our cell phone if someone gains entry while we are gone.  
     That’s it for today.  Bill is watching movies.  I haven’t gotten any lately to watch.  I was listening to an audio book this afternoon.  It’s a story about a journalist in Miami Beach who works the police beat.  This is a new one to me.  So I’ll see what I can find to occupy me until bedtime.
