I guess I’m am ready as I’m going to be for the first meeting of Fiber Friends tomorrow after Bible Study. I have a bin of yarn wound into hat size amounts and a bag with some skeins of yarn for new folks who will be learning. Connie and I touched base this afternoon to make sure we’re on the same page. So far as I know now Nadine is coming. Don’t know about Ellie, although I invited her on Friday.
I had a couple of orders to deal with today and by time I finished that and the last of the Fiber Friends stuff, noon had come and gone. I did my homework for our third lesson in James tomorrow and I finally got around to answering an email that I’ve put off for several days. I noticed that I got tired again this afternoon. I drank a lot of water yesterday as I remembered that when I was on Weight Watchers the weight didn’t come off if I wasn’t drinking plenty of water. Then I was up about every hour last night going to the bathroom! But I weight 1.8 pounds less this morning so…
As you can tell, today was certainly less than exciting. We had rain. We had sun. And I stayed inside. If I could lose weight from knitting I’d be skinny as a rail by now! I’m off to watch a movie called “Hidden Places” – an “inspirational Depression-era drama” from Hallmark and knit on another hat.
